CLASS® 2E Pre-K Observer Certification — Day 1
Day one of the Teachstone CLASS® 2nd Edition Pre-K Observer Certification. Breakfast is served in Oak from 8:00, and content begins at 8:30. The cohort stays in the same room all three days.
Bobbie D. Jackson is an accomplished trainer, consultant, and early childhood professional with extensive experience supporting educators, leaders, and organizations in strengthening professional practice and program quality. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, organizational development, coaching, technical assistance, staff development, Head Start and Early Head Start professional learning, and workforce development.
Bobbie is a certified CLASS® observer, trainer, and implementation specialist with expertise in Infant, Toddler, Pre-K–3rd, and CLASS® 2nd Edition. She works with teachers, coaches, administrators, and organizational leaders to translate CLASS concepts and professional learning into practical strategies that strengthen teacher-child interactions, improve coaching practices, and support continuous quality improvement.
Through AGC Services and AGC Training Center, Bobbie provides training and consultation designed to help individuals and organizations move from knowledge to implementation while building stronger teams, effective leadership systems, and sustainable practices that support long-term growth and excellence.
A three-day Teachstone certification running Wednesday through Friday in the Oak room, ending in reliability testing that earns participants their CLASS® 2nd Edition Pre-K Observer credential.

Day two runs alongside the Professional Development Day. The cohort breaks at 1:00 PM to join everyone else in the Mohawk Ballroom for the working luncheon, then returns to Oak.
The final certification day, per the Teachstone agenda — reliability testing and certification procedures. This is the day that earns the credential.
